Accessing Ignite

All Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers have access to Ignite. For optimal online functionality, please use Firefox or Microsoft Edge browsers. Other browsers such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome may present challenges as you try to access the system. If you do happen to run into any challenges while using an approved browser for Ignite, clearing your cache for the browser might resolve some minor issues.

You can log into Ignite with your BearID and password at https://www.baylor.edu/ignitelogin.

Getting an error message? Here are some common access issues and their solutions.

  • Student Login Error
    • Students Workers will not have access to Ignite until the start date indicated on the hire request.
    • If you are cleared to work and have completed all your onboarding items, try using a different browser like Firefox and/or clearing your cache.
  • F/S Login Error
    • Faculty and Staff will have access to Ignite if they are a current active employee or a new hire that has completed all onboarding processes.
    • If you continue to have login issues, please try using a different browser like Firefox and/or clearing your cache.

Need access similar to your supervisor? Supervisors must actively delegate access to any direct report and can do so within ignite using the instructions at https://www.baylor.edu/ignite/doc.php/357145.pdf.
