Ignite Go Live Coming Soon – What to Expect

On Monday, June 1, the Ignite system will be live for all faculty and staff. Instructions on how to access Ignite will be emailed that morning, and information will be available on the Ignite website. Still Need Ignite Training? 

There is still time but don’t wait much longer! Ignite will be used by all Baylor faculty and staff, as well as student employees. Training is tailored to focus on what employees need to know and provided just in time before Ignite is released. Find training based on your identified roles/user group here.

Got Questions? Ask Ignite! 

We have made it easier to get answers to your Ignite questions with the AskIgnite Chatbot. Baylor ITS developed the ChatBot tool, with assistance from Microsoft, as a supplemental support tool. This is an app that works within Microsoft Teams. Users can access this Bot 24/7 and ask questions about Ignite. Click here for more information.

 What is Oracle Guided Learning?

Oracle Guided Learning is an additional resource to support a smooth experience within Ignite. It is an embedded tool inside the actual live application that gives you step by step guidance on necessary activities and tasks. This tool will be available for everyone in Ignite on June 1.  Click here for more information.

Important Student Worker Dates

Biweekly student workers and their supervisors should have been notified about access to time entry in Ignite. The following deadlines are in place to ensure payroll is complete for student workers.

  • Thursday, May 28 - Student employees will gain access to Ignite
  • Sunday, May 31 - Timecard entry due by midnight (Same for all biweekly employees)
  • Monday, June 1 - Timecard approval due by noon (Same for all biweekly employees)
