Still Need Ignite Training?
There is still time but don’t wait much longer! Ignite will be used by all Baylor faculty and staff, as well as student employees. Training is tailored to focus on what employees need to know and provided just in time before Ignite is released. Find training based on your identified roles/user group here.
Got Questions? Ask Ignite!
We have made it easier to get answers to your Ignite questions with the AskIgnite Chatbot. Baylor ITS developed the ChatBot tool, with assistance from Microsoft, as a supplemental support tool. This is an app that works within Microsoft Teams. Users can access this Bot 24/7 and ask questions about Ignite. Click here for more information.
What is Oracle Guided Learning?
Oracle Guided Learning is an additional resource to support a smooth experience within Ignite. It is an embedded tool inside the actual live application that gives you step by step guidance on necessary activities and tasks. This tool will be available for everyone in Ignite on June 1. Click here for more information.
