Elijah Jeong (B.A., University of Washington; M.A., Wheaton College; M.Div., Reformed Theological Seminary; Ph.D. Candidate., Baylor University) is the assistant director of Baylor's Institute for Faith and Learning (IFL). His role involves planning, implementation, and assessment of IFL projects, programs, and events including the Baylor Symposium on Faith and Culture, Communio, and the Crane Scholars Program. 

Elijah's scholarly interests include the integration of faith in higher education administration and the intersection of religion, race, and higher education. He is a co-author of Christ-Enlivened Student Affairs (2020). His work has been published in Christian Higher Education and the International Journal of Christianity and Education.

Elijah has wide ranging experience in various educational and ministry settings, including work in student affairs at Wheaton and as a pastor of the Korean Presbyterian Church of Jackson, Mississippi.
