Kayla Mize

Kayla Mize is the Regional Director for the Waco Regional office of the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty. Kayla works with communities across the Heart of Texas to help them fight child hunger by increasing participation in school breakfast programs, after-school meals, and summer meals. She also supports local Hunger Free Community Coalitions in their efforts to address food insecurity. Prior to joining BCHP, Kayla served as the Baccalaureate Program Manager for the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, from which she also earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work.
