ARE YOU READY TO GET FIT & HAVE FUN?

Join the FREE FitWell for All program, sponsored by Baylor Scott & White, this fall! With over 45 group fitness classes a week including Yoga, Zumba, Refit, Barre, Boxing, Bear Cycle, and more, you can get fit while having fun. Classes at 12:15pm and 5:30pm are designed specifically for faculty and staff members with great variety and appropriate for all fitness levels. In addition to these fantastic classes, faculty and staff FitWell for All members can join the Faculty & Staff ONLY resistance training program on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:15pm at the Russell Gym weight room, led by two certified NASM personal trainers.

F45 is back in full swing this fall! With about 40 classes a week beginning at 6:15am to 9:00pm, this program will get you in shape using functional HIIT training. MWF are cardio workouts, while TTh are resistance training based workouts. Cost for this popular program is only $50/semester.

NUTRITION ADVISEMENT PROGRAM

The Baylor FitWell Nutrition Advisement program is designed to educate and address basic nutrition concerns and needs for all Baylor students, faculty, and staff. The one-on-one sessions are held in person at the FitWell Suite or on-line. Cost is (3)1-hour sessions for only $10. Use this link to register. For more information, email Van_Davis@baylor.edu.

PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

The Baylor FitWell Personal Training program is a one-on-one fitness training and health improvement through education, activity, fitness assessment, and exercise program tracking with an NASM certified personal trainer.
