Please stay tuned for more information and useful tools on how to navigate the performance review process. In a year of unique challenges where job responsibilities, work locations, and even reporting relationships may have shifted, we’ll be available to help you, your manager, and your department have a successful review process that creates feedback and goal setting for another great year ahead.
More information about the review process including preparing, goal setting, and second level review is available at www.baylor.edu/hr/ReviewGuide.
Summary information about performance and merit is available with this document. Please share and discuss the timeline and expectations with your team to help them begin preparing.
Training on writing and giving performance feedback will be held in March and April. Sign up in Ignite.
Goal setting for 2021 will not be done on the performance appraisal form. Rather, the goals section in Ignite will be opened up for 2021 near the end of the review process. More information will be provided later.
