Baylor Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night

Baylor 101: Benefits
Join Baylor leaders in the first of a new series of conversations to help faculty and staff better understand areas of University operations. In this first session, the conversation will focus on Baylor benefits and the administrative transition of the Baylor Health Plan to UMR/UnitedHealthcare. All Baylor 101 sessions will be held virtually and recorded for your convenience and will provide an opportunity for viewers to easily ask questions.

A Caregiver's Guide to Finances
If you or someone you know is facing Alzheimer's disease, dementia or another chronic illness, it's never too early to put financial plans in place. This education program will feature tips for managing someone else's finances, how to prepare for future care costs, the benefits of early planning, as well as some information regarding important legal documentation to have in place. Session will be held Sept. 27 at 6:00pm in the CRT, Suite 200. Register today.

Smoking Cessation Opportunity
Trying to quit smoking? You may be interested in this research study investigating physiological and subjective responses of adult smokers wanting to quit. The study is conducted on Baylor's campus (up to 8 sessions). Participants are compensated up to $365 and receive brief counseling sessions to assist them in quitting. Register for the Flu Shot Clinic
Passport Health will administer flu shots for ALL faculty, staff and students on September 14 (walk-ins available this day), 15, and 28 at the Baylor Sciences Building, Room E.201. The Flu and 65+ Flu shots will be offered. A Vitamin B-12 shot will be available for $25 by credit card only. Remember to wear a short sleeved shirt. Register today!
