Full-time faculty and staff (working 30 or more hours per week on average) will be mailed IRS Form 1095-C “Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage”. IRS Notice 2018-94 extended the issuance deadline to March 4, 2019. This information will also be furnished to the IRS, but individuals will not need to send the information in when filing tax returns, nor wait to receive Form 1095-C before filing.
