Grace Semple-Paul serves in the position of Assistant Director for International Student & Scholar Services, Center for Global Engagement at Baylor University since 2018. Before coming to Baylor, Grace worked at the University of Houston in the field of international education for almost ten years. She hails from Guyana, South America, and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of the Southern Caribbean, in Trinidad. She later migrated to the U.S. and completed a law degree at Yeshiva University, Cardozo Law School, and worked for many years in New York before migrating to Houston, Texas. As Assistant Director, Grace focuses on assessing and meeting the needs of all international students with special responsibilities for assisting international scholars who come to Baylor to conduct research and to teach. Grace and her husband, Roger, raised five children, and they are now enjoy exploring the crevices of Central Texas.
