"Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality." -- Warren G. Bennis
At Baylor, we understand that it is our compassionate and committed leaders who empower our people to do great things. As a manager and leader, you play a vital role in ensuring the University fulfills its mission. Dynamic leaders never stop learning, never stop growing, and never stop developing their people to live out their Christian commitment in the workplace and beyond.
The leadership commitments serve as a supplement to the core commitments for those who serve in management roles to promote stewardship of the university's resources.
