Baylor University is committed to providing a safe and non-discriminatory learning, living, and working environment for all members of the University community. We accomplish this together through many venues but most importantly through our Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct (Title IX) and Civil Rights policies and the requirements of mandatory reporting. Employees with direct or indirect knowledge of alleged policy violations have a responsibility to report, even if you believe the information has already been reported. We all play a part!
