Core Competencies for Employees - As employees, we work together to fulfill the mission and vision of the University. To do so effectively, we must complete this work with a common set of expectations. These expectations serve as the foundation of the Core Competencies for Employees.
Core Competencies for Supervisors- Supervisors have a significant impact on employees' work experience. As a supervisor, you are entrusted with the responsibilities of the department and with the management of its employees. The Supervisor Core Competencies supplement the Core Competencies for Employees by providing a set of expectations associated with the increased level of responsibility.
