Fees and Payment

Fees
The fee is $6 per student for 2019, which may be paid via cash, check, or credit card. The deadline for paying the fee is February 13, 2019. For all payments, please include a list of students that the fees cover. Separate checks, money orders, or cash are accepted. If the school holiday schedule makes it impossible to meet the payment deadline, call or e-mail the HOTRHF office for special payment arrangements.

Invoices
Invoices can be generated using the online registration system. 

  1. Click Store
  2. Click Students tab
  3. Check students that will appear on the invoice
  4. Add Selected Fees to cart
  5. Click Checkout & Pay
  6. Click Generate Invoice; click yes to the following prompt
  7. Print/View to access your invoice

Invoices will also be emailed to teachers after registration is completed, if payment has not been received. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the HOTRHF office.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued prior to the registration deadline. After registration is completed, refunds can no longer be issued. Contact the HOTRHF office if a refund is required.

Accepted Payments
Credit Cards
Credit card payments are accepted through Baylor's online payment system. Click here to make a payment. Please do not use this system to create an invoice. Use the instructions above to generate an invoice in the system.

Checks/Money Orders
Check/money order payments must be made payable to Baylor University with the memo line stating Heart of Texas Regional History Fair or HOTRHF. Checks may be mailed or brought directly to the HOTRHF office.

Cash
All cash payment should be brought directly to the HOTRHF office. Please do not mail any cash payments.
