HelpDesk+ is your one-stop at Baylor for technology support, equipment checkout, audio/video production, 3D printing, and other Maker services. Combining resources and services from Baylor ITS and Library and Academic Technology Services of the Baylor Libraries, HelpDesk+ provides a wide range of services for Baylor students, faculty, and staff.

Location & Parking

HelpDesk+ walk up services are located on the Garden Level of Moody Memorial Library. Take the main stairs or elevator down to the Garden level of Moody and follow the signs to HelpDesk+. Short-term parking is available in timed spots on the West side of Moody Memorial Library. Longer term parking for visitors is available in the Wiethorn Undergraduate Admissions Center parking lot.
