Biography

Clint is from southeast Minnesota. He graduated from Pine Island High School, MN and joined the Army shortly after 9/11 in January 2002. He has served in the Army for over 16 years and has held a variety of positions in Army hospitals and medical centers to include inpatient clinical dietetics technician, foodservice management, nutrition care specialist, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Medical Nutrition Therapy, and NCOIC of Nutrition Care Division. His most recent position prior to assignment to the Graduate Program in Nutrition was a Platoon Sergeant and NCOIC of the 10th Combat Support Hospital out of Fort Carson, CO.

Clint enjoys the daily leadership challenges of mentoring new Army officers and looks forward to sharing his experiences with future Army dieticians entering the Graduate Program in Nutrition. He plans on growing his knowledge of nutrition while he is in the Army but plans on making a change in the future.
