DScOT Program Mission

The mission of the US Army Doctor of Science in Occupational Therapy Program is to train and educate advanced practicing occupational therapists who maximize military readiness, healthy living and performance optimization through evidenced-based client-centered patient care, teaching and research.

One of the primary goals of the DScOT Program is to produce graduates who demonstrate competency in research design, production, analysis, and critical review: produce clinician scientists and occupational therapy leaders through faculty directed, student-assisted research projects.
