Criminal Background Checks are to be completed every 2 calendar years for staff and volunteers in paid or unpaid positions prior to working with minors as part of a program or camp. Baylor University's office of Human Resources manages criminal background check processing for internal programs and camps. NEW external staff require PRE - EMPLOYMENT SCREENING by the camp director or his designee. This document is to be housed by the program director in the employees personnel file.
External Non-University programs utilizing Baylor University facilities are required to comply with Baylor University's Protection of Minors Policy related to the completion of criminal background checks and screening.
