Arrival

We are excited that you will soon be at Baylor! As you prepare for your arrival, below are some very important things for you to remember!

For the Spring 2020 semester, the arrival date for all incoming international students is Wednesday, January 8, 2020. This is on your I-20 or DS-2019, and you are expected to check-in with our office that day. Please come to the main lobby of the Hankamer Academic Building to check in. To view the Baylor campus map, click HERE.

If you arrive before the Arrival Date, you will need to make plans to stay in a local hotel (recommended list of hotels coming soon).

Transportation to Baylor

On Monday and Tuesday, January 6 and 7, 2020, we will have transportation from the Waco Airport to several hotels in Waco. We will only deliver students to the hotels on the transportation list. If you stay in a hotel that is not on that list, then you will need to make your own transportation arrangements. Check back on this page later in October for a specific list of hotels.

On the morning of Wednesday, January 8, 2020, we will also provide transportation to campus from the hotels on the list above (once available). We will pick up in the morning. You must be in the hotel lobby ready to leave by 8:00am if you want Baylor to bring you to campus.

On Wednesday, January 8, 2020, we will also have transportation from the Waco Airport and Bus Station to the Baylor campus.

NOTE: If your flight or bus arrives to Waco on January 8 BEFORE 4:00 pm, you will be transported to the Baylor Campus. If your flight or bus arrives AFTER 4:00 pm on January 8, you will need to make arrangements to stay in a local hotel, and plan to move in on January 9. Again, we will only transport to and from the hotels listed above.
