Year End Giving

End of Year Giving Information

The University will be closed for the holidays December 23 through January 2. You are encouraged to give your year-end gift online. In addition, advancement staff will be available December 26-30, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST, to answer calls received on our toll-free line 1-800-BAYLORU, option 4, or (254) 710-2561. Please note that Advancement staff will not be available to receive in-person gifts at Clifton Robinson Tower between December 23 and January 2.

ACH and Wire Transfers

Because the last day of the year falls on a Saturday, gifts of stock, mutual funds, and wire transfers must be received by 5 p.m. CST on Friday, December 30.

Credit Card Submissions

Online credit card gifts must be completed prior to 11 p.m. on Saturday, December 31. Call-in credit card donations must be received by 5 p.m. CST Friday, December 30.

Checks

Checks should be made out to Baylor University. Include on the memo line what designation the gift will support.

Checks that are mailed should be sent to University Advancement, One Bear Place #97026, Waco, Texas 76798, and must be postmarked by December 31 and received in the Gift Processing office by 2 p.m. CST Thursday, January 5 in order to be entered with a 2022 gift date.
