Baylor recognizes employees who provide service "above and beyond." Salutes may be submitted by colleagues, students, or parents throughout the year for an individual faculty or staff member. In the Spring, one individual recipient is selected to receive the BaylorPLUS Award as a representative of exceptional service at Baylor.
