Paying for College

Where do you start?

Submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as you can after October 1st. The FAFSA must be completed each year for financial aid consideration. The priority date for Baylor to receive your FAFSA results is March 1st.

Student Financial Literacy is a program aimed at helping Baylor students understand personal money management for both current and future financial success. We want to set you up for the best financial health once you graduate. We work with Student Financial Aid to ensure we're presenting you with the best information on scholarships, loan management, budgeting, managing credit card debt, and much more.

For more information about the program, upcoming workshops or to set up a one-on-one personal coaching visit the Student Financial Literacy website

"I would say that best part of being a first-generation student is that I get the opportunity to inspire my friends and family that they can do it and that education is worth it. I would also say that being able to break down stereotypes of first-generation students has been an awesome experience."

- JaMarcus Ransom, Class of 2017
