Faculty-in-Residence Opening at University House (Fall 2020)Nov. 12, 2019
Dear Baylor Faculty:
I am writing to draw your attention to an important position that we aim to fill beginning with the fall 2020 semester. As many of you know, we have a robust and vibrant Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) program here at Baylor that provides a unique and powerful opportunity for faculty to shape and mentor students in profound and life-changing ways. We currently have 15 FIRs who provide a living-learning experience that I am convinced is second to none in the nation.
To extend these partnerships, the University is seeking applications to fill an open Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) position for University House, which is located in the North Village Residential Community.
For more information on the role of Faculty-in-Residence and a list of our current FIRs, visit: Faculty in Residence

The application deadline is Friday, January 17, 2020. If you have questions about the position or the application process, you may contact Dr. Terri Garrett, Associate Director for Academic Initiatives (Campus Living & Learning), at 710-6650 or Terri_Garrett@baylor.edu. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have as well.
Please consider applying for this position or encouraging others to do so.
