Academic units that will vote in this election:

    • 1 open seat, 2 candidates
      • Hope Koch, Information Systems
      • Cindy Riemenschneider, Information Systems

Who May Vote

Any regular continuous full-time faculty member (tenured, tenure-track, senior lecturer, lecturer, instructor, academic professional), who is not an administrator at or above the rank of academic dean, may vote. You may only vote one time, but you may mark your ballot for as many candidates as there are open Senate seats.

When and How to Vote

Electronic elections will take place on Monday, May 16th beginning at 8:00am and continuing through Wednesday, May 18th until 5:00 pm. Voters may access00 ballots at any time during this period, around the clock.

Tallying of Votes

The results will be tabulated and delivered electronically to the Secretary of the Faculty Senate on Thursday, May 19th, 2022. At no time during the election process shall faculty names or identifiable information be collected other than to verify voting eligibility and prevent faculty members from casting more than one ballot.

In the event of a tie, the Secretary will seek to mediate an outcome with the candidates in question. If no clear winner can be determined, a special run-off election will be held to determine the winner.

Thank you for your participation in the election process and for your support of your Faculty Senate.
