Annual Faculty Performance Review
All full-time regular faculty members must be evaluated each year. The evaluation is conducted by the department chair, division chair, or dean, depending on the administrative organization of the school or college. The Annual Faculty Performance Evaluation Forms
and Planning for the Year Ahead
documents must be used in all faculty evaluations; the Planning Document Instructions
document gives guidance for completing the Planning for the Year Ahead document.
The forms are due to the dean on February 15 of each year. Each school or college has established its own practices regarding when before that date the faculty members whom the chairs are evaluating would need to submit information about their accomplishments for the year to the chairs.
