The Budget Management team supports the mission of Baylor University by assisting with financial, budgetary, and administrative needs of all departments within the Operations & Facilities Management division, including Campus Services (composed of Dining Services, Copy Services, Mail Services, Baylor Bookstore, and Guest Housing departments), Facilities Management, Facility Planning and Construction, Real Estate, and the Department of Public Safety (composed of Baylor Police, Emergency Management, Technical Security, and Parking Services departments). Support staff include a Guest Housing Manager, an Administrative Assistant, and a Facilities Management Clerk.
Jeanne joined Baylor’s Campus Services Department in 2010 and has served a variety of operational departments since that time. She holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University, and has prior experience in both small business and educational non-profit organizations.
