Construction Services

Baylor's Construction Services department supports the mission of Baylor University by providing coordination and project management of major construction projects at the University. The staff oversees all capital construction improvements and architectural / engineering design services for the University. During the tenure of the current AVP, the department has overseen $885 million in construction.  The department is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and assuring functional compliance to standards and criteria as identified by the University administration under Baylor Pro Futuris.

Keven Kehlenbach

Assistant Vice President of Construction Services

Keven joined Baylor Facility, Planning & Construction in 2007 as Senior Project Manger and became Director of Construction Services in 2008 and in 2014 became Assistant Vice President of Construction Services.  Keven holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University's Department of Construction Science.  Before coming to Baylor, Keven worked for six years with the General Contractor at McCarthy Building Companies.
