Waco Leadership Experience
JOIN LOCAL LEADERS FOR AN IMMERSIVE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN THE DISNEY PARKS.

Baylor University and the Greater Waco Chamber are joining forces to offer a one-of-a-kind immersive, onsite leadership experience in Orlando, Florida with peer community and business leaders to learn and apply leadership and business excellence principles from Parks and Resorts leaders. This all-inclusive experience provides:
- Roundtrip airfare to Orlando, FL
- Transportation to the hotel, parks, and all experiences
- Hotel accommodations
- Lunch and Dinner Experiences in and around the Disney Parks*
- 2-Day park tickets
The following experiences will be provided by Parks and Resorts leaders for attendees:
BEHIND THE SCENES TOURS
This 3.5-hour tour features concepts and illustrations offered by Parks and Resorts and shows how they come to life each day at the Walt Disney World® Resort for Cast Members and Guests. You will explore the Fourth Laundry Facility, EPCOT Cast Services, Main Street, U.S.A., and the “Utilidor” system underneath Magic Kingdom.
EPCOT TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE
Team-building activities are most effective when they are intentionally designed to encourage people to explore creative solutions while working together—and having fun doing it! This is your opportunity to learn how to improve team effectiveness through an experiential activity in the areas of trust, communication, and collaboration.
CURATED CONTEXTUAL PARKS & RESORTS EXPERIENCES
Each day, a series of activities and examples will be highlighted by identifying culture, values and leadership examples while engaging the Parks and Resorts.
