Why Apply

Social innovators and entrepreneurs from around the world are invited to engage with like-minded individuals who are actively solving the world’s most pressing and complex issues. Innovators will connect to a marketplace defined by Christian values that emphasizes transformational relationships and provides access to capital, know-how, peers, and publicity.

Innovators are invited to apply HERE if they have a solution addressing the 2021 Focus: Education Crisis in Central and South America. Applicants will be evaluated during two rounds and then mentored towards a formal presentation of their solution(s) in front of judges for the opportunity to win a cash award and other support totaling upwards of US$25,000.

Upon completing the CCSI event, select finalists will be invited to join mentors for a six-week experience to rapidly accelerate the development and launch of their innovation solution. Opportunities will be made available to grow the solution in a specific Central or South American market through an implementation phase led by Compassion International. During these two post-challenge support phases, innovators will be eligible for additional awards and support benefits.
