Study Abroad Programs

Take English classes abroad! These programs are a unique way to take required classes while visiting the very places where great authors lived. Explore the links below for specific course offerings.

Baylor in Oxford features classes on the Oxford Christians and British Literature along with theatre, history, and other options in the summer term. Explore the beautiful university city where C. S. Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien wrote and taught.

Baylor in Great Britain is sponsored by the Business Department in the summer term. This program allows you to take excursions throughout Great Britain while taking classes in English, business, economics, marketing, history, and psychology.

Baylor in Maastricht takes students to the Netherlands in fall, spring, or summer semesters. A variety of classes is offered in literature, history, psychology, business, and other subjects. Maastricht serves as a home base for exploring Europe. In some semesters, a pre-med option is offered.

Baylor in Peru is a summer program sponsored by the English Department. Students take Spanish language classes and upper-level English writing classes. This program travels to several great sites in Peru, such as Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, and Rainbow Mountain. Linguistics majors have the option of studying Quechua and doing fieldwork in the Cusco area.
