Jason E. Cook PT, DPT, PhD
Clinical Assistant Professor
Dr. Jason E. Cook is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Baylor University. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Drake University, his master’s and doctoral degrees in physical therapy from Des Moines University, and his PhD at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He teaches and focuses his clinical care in the areas of neurologic and pediatric physical therapy. His clinical area of research is in pain, distress, and well-being in individuals with cerebral palsy. He has served on the Committee of Content Experts, and is currently on the Pediatric Specialty Council of the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is also on the Board of Directors for APTA Pediatrics and is the Director of Communications, Membership, and PR.
