Thomas Longbottom, PT, DPT
Clinical Associate Professor
Thomas Longbottom is full time faculty in the Baylor University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Dr. Longbottom received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana. He is board-certified as a neurologic clinical specialist.
Dr. Longbottom previously taught in the Anatomy Department at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then taught Human Anatomy at Baylor University in Waco in the department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation before making the transition to the Baylor DPT program. In addition to his love of anatomy and neurologic physical therapy, he is proud of his association with the Baylor Crew Team as faculty advisor. He now resides in central Washington state, but returns to campus in Waco frequently throughout the year.
