Health Center Patient Parking

1. I parked in Health Center Patient Parking for an appointment. Why did I receive a parking citation for "Health Center Patient Parking"?

The Health Center Patient Spaces are for patients going to doctor appointments in the Health Center. Enforcing these spaces is an effective way of keeping non-patients from parking in these spaces.

2. I parked in Health Center Patient Parking for an appointment and received a parking citation. What should I do?

Appeal the citation using a voucher code within 14 calendar days from the citation email notice. Steps for Appeal:

Send your citation email notice to health_services@baylor.edu

The Health Center will respond with the voucher code in your Health Center secure messages portal.

Enter the voucher code into the citation appeal at My Parking Account www.baylor.edu/parking  within the 14 calendar day appeal time.

After the voucher code is verified, the citation will be voided and an Appeal Result of Accepted email will be sent to your Baylor email address.
