A two-week advance notice is requested.

EVENT APPROVAL / ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RESERVATION OBLIGATIONS
Submission of this electronic form acknowledges that your department accepts responsibility for the payment of all police / security related fees associated with this event. The client agrees to make the payment based on the number of officers hire times the number hours worked. There is a two hour minimum charge for police officer services.
EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
If you need to change the date or time of your event, or need to cancel you event we request a 48 Hours Advance Notice. Please contact the Baylor Police Department’s special event coordinator by calling (254) 710-2222
