Visitor Parking Guidelines

Visitor Parking

Campus visitor parking is free and yearly online registration is simple.

Visitor parking accounts are intended solely for individuals not associated with Baylor University. Students, Faculty and Staff members should NOT create visitor parking accounts.

Frequent Visitors (More than 1 visit in 30 days)

If you will be visiting the campus on several occasions, please set up a visitor's parking account and register your vehicle(s).

Registration is simple and can be completed in our online portal. You will be asked for some basic contact information and will need to know your vehicle license plate number.

Infrequent Visitors (1 visit in 30 days)

If you visit campus on rare occasions, specifically defined as 1 visit in 30 days, you may park on campus without registration. Please note that registration provides the parking office with contact information if there is an unexpected issue.

Rental Cars

Contact our office if you are bringing a rental car to campus. You will need to know the vehicle license plate number, make, model, and color.

Parking Locations

Visitors are encouraged to park in the provided visitor parking areas. Visitors should specifically avoid parking in reserved spaces.

Visitors are NOT exempt from Baylor Parking regulations; specifically, fire lanes, handicap spaces, timed spaces and/or reserved spaces. Flagrant violations may result in a vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.

License plates (rear or front) must be easily visible to the parking lot aisle/roadway. License plates displayed behind objects (bicycle racks, bumper guards) or on a vehicle dashboard are not acceptable.

For safety reasons, vehicles may not be covered while parked on campus.
