Every year, Americans answer this call by coming together on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service to serve in their neighborhoods and communities.

MLK Day of Service with Urban Gardening Coalition 
Every year the Heart of Texas Urban Gardening Coalition partners with various organizations to host a community wide MLK Day of Service in the Waco area. These projects include community gardens across Waco to help prepare for the Spring gardening season and river clean-up along the Brazos. Volunteers will also work with Baylor Campus Kitchen to provide lunches for the volunteers.
