CSD Graduate Scholarships

The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders offers a number of scholarships for our students. Students can apply each spring for scholarships to be awarded the next academic year. Support for the scholarships comes from these endowed funds:

Applications for CSD Scholarships for the 2023-2024 Academic Year are now open.

Scholarship Committee recommendations will be forwarded to the Student Financial Aid Office for final assignment.

Award notifications will be sent by the end of the Spring semester for use the following academic year.

  • A FAFSA must be completed to be eligible for all scholarships.
  • At this time, eligible applicants attend Baylor University residentially.
  • Current undergraduate students who apply must have declared CSD as your major.
  • Undergraduate students who have applied for the Summer and Fall terms are eligible to apply. However, to receive a scholarship, you must receive and have accepted your offer of admission and declared CSD as your major.
  • Graduate students who have applied for the Summer and Fall terms are eligible to apply. However, to receive a scholarship, you must receive and have accepted your offer of admission.
  • Students completing their program of study at Baylor during the Summer term and not continuing or returning for the Fall term are not eligible for Communication Sciences and Disorder scholarships.
  • If awarded a CSD scholarship, funds will be awarded in the Fall term.
  • The application deadline is March 15, 2023 at 11:59pm, CST. Applications will not be accepted beyond this point.

Students enrolled in Speech@Baylor, the Online Master's program, are NOT eligible for scholarships.
