I value creating a safe, welcoming, and warm space for individuals to share all aspects of their lived experience and identities. In session, I integrate Emotion-Focused therapy, culturally-affirming approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help clients move towards growth and awareness. I believe this integrative approach can lead to a sense of empowerment and help individuals live more authentically. I am passionate about working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, individuals who want to practice rebuilding confidence, those who are healing from trauma, and helping clients manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am interested in getting to know how my client’s lived experiences impact how they see themselves, others, and the world.

In her Spare Time:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, interior design, and listening to musical theatre (specifically Hamilton the Musical).
