This will help guide you through what Mindfulness is, as well as some exercises to help you practice this extremely beneficial skill. Mindfulness is the ability to be aware of what is going on in and around you, and learning to change your reaction to those things, essentially not letting the external control your internal. A skill that each of us could use during these times especially!
