  • Remembering there are multiple pathways to success.
  • Knowing when and how to ask for help.
  • Working hard, even after you experience failure or feel like quitting.
  • Staying passionate about your purpose, even when it is hard.

Join us to learn more ways that you can get gritty and achieve your goals! Come to all 8 sessions, or drop in on just one. After all, we call all use a little grit in our lives!

September 29th: Grit 101: How to measure your own grit and avoid negative thinking.

October 6th: Finding Multiple Pathways to Success: How to have a growth mindset when you are feeling overwhelmed.

October 20th: Parents, Roommates, Girlfriends, Boyfriends…Relationships are Complicated!! Learn how to fight fair, how to have healthy relationships, how to build positive connections, and steps for overcoming loneliness.

October 27th: Facing Failure: How to turn failure into success.

November 3rd: What is Self-Care?: Tips and tricks for recharging in the busiest times

November 10th: Cultivating Habits for Success: How self-control and healthy habits can lead to long-term success.

November 17th: Mindfulness and Gratitude: Dealing with anxiety, stress, and negative thoughts.

December 1st: Telling Our Stories: How grit can play a role in our personal narratives.
