Regina Mastin has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 25 years through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She was educated at Baylor University and Texas Woman’s University. She completed her dietetic internship at the Houston VA Medical Center. She worked in a hospital setting for most of her career. Her interest in working with the treatment of eating disorders began in 2008. Over the last eleven years, Regina has attended the International Eating Disorder Professionals symposiums, Renfrew conference, National Eating Disorders Association conference, Eating Disorders Boot Camp, Reflections Body Image Academy, on-site visits to treatment facilities and hundreds of continuing education hours specific to the treatment of eating disorders. She is a member of the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians as well as Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Professionals. She is also a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian. Regina believes in a non-diet, weight neutral treatment approach. She is happy to help clients develop a personalized eating plan as well as learn to use intuitive and mindful eating strategies.
