COVID-19 Testing Assistance Form

I have not taken a COVID-19 test, or I have not received my results yet. What do I do?

If you live on-campus, you will need to contact the Baylor Health Center at 254-710-1010 to schedule an appointment for testing at the North Village Community Center, the site of our Respiratory Clinic. If you need help locating the Respiratory Clinic, visit www.baylor.edu/map. You will not be permitted to move in without a certified, negative test. Those receiving a negative test on campus or from Everlywell are automatically certified. If you have a negative test from elsewhere, send it—using your Baylor email account—to health_services@baylor.edu for certification. Send the test result clearly showing the date (must be after August 1) with your name, date of birth, and Baylor ID number.

If you live off-campus, MyLabsDirect is providing testing on campus at Russell Gym from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily until Friday, August 21. If you need help locating Russell Gym, visit www.baylor.edu/map. Results from MyLabsDirect results generally take between 24-48 hours.
