Emotional Intelligence Basics is an in-person class that will be held on Microsoft Teams on Thursday, April 16, from 8:30am – 10:00am. This class is facilitated by Carroll Crowson and Meg Hoefer and is focused on helping participants become aware of, control and express emotions effectively. You will also learn how to effectively handle interpersonal relationships with encouragement, kindness and empathy.
