Time Is A Trickster

Time is atemporal; time will tell all.

                                           Time will tell nothing, reck time as you will.

                                           Time is a trickster; in time all will fall.

                                          Carpe nihilum. Hour, strike; time, crawl.

                                          How, dust, would warp time now? What lusts fulfill?

                                          Time is atemporal; time will tell all.

                                          Midnight is melting. Magus, kneel; time maul.

                                          In ill time kill time. Knell, peal; corpse, lie still.

                                          Time is a trickster; in time all will fall.

                                          Time flies before you; quaff each moment’s gall.

                                         Wisdom dies with you, waster; bitter pill.

                                          Time is atemporal; time will tell all.

                                         Sit on your ash-heap; the naked stars pall,

                                         Fall, crawl to bare earth. Reel, spheres; ichor, spill.

                                         Time is a trickster; in time all will fall.

                                         Persist, illusion, death’s elusive call;

                                         Resist, delusion, life with all death’s will.

                                         Time is atemporal; time will tell all.

                                         Time is a trickster; in time all will fall.
