As learners that embrace growth and enrich community, the Impact LLC is for men and women of all majors who want to make a positive change in the world. Residents pursue their college career with the belief that addressing the world’s greatest problems begins by understanding the impact of education, service, and civic involvement. This understanding is facilitated through opportunities of interaction with faculty and peers, and is woven into weekly activities in the hall.

Founded in 2015 and located in the renovated South Russell Hall, the Impact LLC offers a classic first-year experience with ample mentorship opportunities from upper-division residents. Additionally, unique spaces include a fitness room, game room, full kitchen, study areas, and on-site technology in the Learning Resource Express. Through engaging programs that connect both in-and-out-of-class experience, this community invites students who desire to see their Baylor journeys make a positive transformation in the world. How will you make an impact?
