Contracts & Policies

The Residence Hall Contract is a legally-binding document. When a student signs it, he/she is committing to living on campus for the timeframe indicated in the Contract.

First-year students who live in Brooks Residential College, Honors Residential College, or Teal Residential College agree to a two-year Residence Hall Contract, which is a two-year commitment to live within their respective community.

If a student has a question regarding the Residence Hall Contract, he/she can contact the Campus Living & Learning office at Living@baylor.edu prior to signing it.
