The Residence Hall Contract is a legally-binding document. When a student signs it, he/she is committing to living on campus for the timeframe indicated in the Contract.
First-year students who live in Brooks Residential College, Honors Residential College, or Teal Residential College agree to a two-year Residence Hall Contract, which is a two-year commitment to living within their respective community.
