Campus Mail

Most on-campus residents receive their mail and packages at the university's Mail Services Center located in the Bill Daniel Student Center. Mail Services will assign students a Campus PO Box at the beginning of August.  Students will receive an email informing them where to find their One Bear Place (OBP) box number in BearWeb. Each student is issued one mailbox key, which can be picked up at the Mail Services Center after Move-In. Residents of Brooks College, Brooks Flats, Earle, and Teal receive their mail at their residence hall. Students living in these communities will be issued their mail key when they check in to their residence hall.

Packages should be addressed as follows: 
Student First and Last Name
One Bear Place #XXXXX
Waco, TX 76798-XXXX

Mail or packages addresed to a residence hall's physical address will not be delivered.

Exception: If you are living in the University Parks Apartments, your mail is delivered directly to the physical address of the apartment along with the apartment number.
