Sarah Madsen

Sarah Madsen is a doctoral student in the Higher Education Studies and Leadership program at Baylor University. She earned a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from Pepperdine University, as well as a M.S. Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor. Sarah currently serves as the graduate apprentice in the Graduate Research Center at Baylor, where she promotes academic achievement and holistic wellbeing for Baylor’s graduate students through programming, research, and student support. Additionally, Sarah supports food-insecure students on campus through her work with The Store, Baylor's food pantry, and the Baylor Free Farmers Market. Sarah’s research interests include marginalized student groups' (first-generation, low-income, food-insecure) access to and experiences within higher education.
