The conference is held on the campus of Baylor University. Participants check in at the lobby area (Commons) at Brooks Flats, which is located near the corner of South 7th Street and MP Daniel Esplanade.
Designated visitor parking is available in the lot behind Bill Daniel Student Center. For a map of these and other parking lots, click here.
Seminar participants stay in Brooks Residential College (student apartments). Apartments are fully furnished with extra long twin beds, tables, chairs, desks, and a sofa. Each apartment has a bathroom and a full kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Individuals staying in Brooks Flats typically share a suite with one or two other seminar participants; however, each person will have his/her own private bedroom and bathroom. Linens are provided. Wireless internet is available to participants who wish to use mobile devices while on campus.
Participants who prefer to stay in a hotel are welcome to do so by making their own arrangements; hotel expenses, however, are not included in the cost of the seminar.
Waco, Texas, is conveniently located in central Texas, approximately one hundred miles south of Dallas/Fort Worth and one hundred miles north of Austin. Interstate 35 runs through the center of Waco, and Baylor University is immediately east of I-35 and can be accessed by using either the University Parks exit or the 4th/5th Street exit.
Flying directly to the Waco Regional Airport (ACT)is recommended. However, there are also four other airports within a two-hour or less drive to Waco via Interstate 35: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Dallas Love Field (DAL), Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), and Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport (GRK).
The Waco Streak provides scheduled airport shuttles to DFW and Love Field four times daily. For more information, call 254-772-0430.
Transportation from airports outside of Waco will require a rental vehicle. Visitors who are flying in to Waco's airport can choose to get a rental car or make arrangements for seminar staff to pick them up.
