Background:

Amber Arnold is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who has been providing medical nutrition therapy for over a decade.  She has practiced medical nutrition therapy in a variety of clinical and outpatient settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, group homes, community health clinics, and private practice.  Amber has been an adjunct lecturer since 2010 and joined Baylor as a full-time faculty member in the Fall of 2020.
