Interest in Business:
- Was not fulfilled as a pre-med student
- Worked at an apartment complex nearby
- Handled the business side such as marketing and social media and really enjoyed it
Study strategies:
- Review material you learn in class at the end of the day
- Helps solidify information
- Space out your study schedule for tests
- Prepare a week in advance so you don’t feel overwhelmed when test day comes around
Study routine:
- Fill in notes that professor provides
- Handwrite notes after every class
- Rework practice problems on your own
Morning routine:
- Start of day with coffee
- Eat a good breakfast

Overcoming challenge:
- Starting off as a BioChem major
- Questioned if she wanted to dedicate life to this
- Accepting this and coming to terms with this was difficult

Advice to freshman year self:
Important to get involved
- Live in the moment, college flies by
- Seize every opportunity
- Have your priorities straight, but don’t be afraid to try new things
