Study tips:

  • Be gracious with yourself
  • Listen to your needs
  • After every hour of studying, take 5 minutes to regroup
  • Take a lap around the library

Experiences at Baylor:

  • Being involved in Kappa: 
    • Helped connect her with alumna
    • Organized events 
    • Easy to get caught up with doing college, but Kappa helped broaden her horizon
    • Be bold and confident
    • Met other Kappas from everywhere at convention
  • Study abroad in Florence
    • Saw the world in a different point of view

  • Runs in the morning for silence
  • Take deep breaths
  • Take time in the morning for self
